Hello! I just decided to come back to posting more on DA! Woot! I am still at Mississippi College in Clinton MS working on another masters degree.  I got my M.E.d and am currently working on the M.F.A.  So now I have a bachelors of fine arts, A masters f education, and working on a masters of fine arts.  I will be teaching some time soon hopefully.  But for now I am loving my studio in the art department that the teacher's gave me.  I have all my most current work up in galleries around the area and lots of art at the Cups cafe and Peminto's cafe as well.  I have artwork in the health complex and just won some amazing awards for my newest pastel works.  I am one of the members of a group of graduate student's on campus who are starting a show case for our artwork this month.  I am working in every imaginable medium and have grown a lot! I'd love to erase a lot of my old art here on DA.  I shall upload new stuff asap!

I am still working hard on my M.E.d.  I will be graduation with this Masters of Education this December! Then I will move onto the M.F.A. the Masters of Fine Arts.  I need to upload all my literally hundreds of new papermaking works, mixed media paintings, watercolors, and pastels!

I graduated from college with my bachelors of fine arts degree a few days ago! For a graduation gift i got a Wacom tablet!!!
And Corel painter 12!!! Now I can make art in the styles I want and not have to worry about wasting paint and supplies. I swear I have to spend $1,000 a semester on my art supplies just about so this will cut the cost!

OMG! I won 1st and 2nd place in my division of the art show at Mississippi College at the Gore and Spagh gallery!!! WOOT! So glad! Now I'm getting ready for the show in April coming up like..in 2 weeks...it is the student show for research classes. It will be me and 5 others in the show. I am doing a series of birds in various sizes. I REALLY need to post my new art...have not posted anything new in like a year!

I entered the Student Art show this past week and won 1st and 2nd place for my frog art in mixed media!!!
The art show was in the Gore Student Art Gallery this past week at Mississippi college in Clinton MS.
I have my own apartment now and everything! I'm going for the Masters of Education and soon my Masters of Fine Art!!!
I hope to teach at MS college someday!

Hey I can't believe I have been gone so long!!! I have an apartment set up in Clinton MS for my Masters degree.

I will be getting my Masters of education first as it turns out and then move on to get my Masters of Fine Art.  As of the end of this Winter term I will secure my BFA with the teacher's certification!!! I couldn't be happier! My art style leans more towards polymer clay steampunk hearts made with gears.  I am also on Facebook now as of this past year... finally.  I have been busy lately with my baby niece and nephew, cleaning house, studying,making and selling more art, and trying to finish student teaching.  Sorry I have been away for so long but college is not easy sometimes.  Anyways, glad to be back!

Hello! I'm back! I have been busy getting my BFA (bachelors of fine arts) and soon getting my MFA (Masters of fine arts).  

I am student teaching this year at a high school and still making tons of new artwork.

My style has vastly improved in my now 5 years of college and I can't wait to be an art teacher!!!

In case you missed my last updates... I got to have a show at the popular Negrotto's Gallery and several student shows in the past year.  I

have sold lots of artwork and am very happy with my new polymer clay art I will be posting soon!8D
